About The Role
Axtria is expanding its
Patient analytics capability & this involves enhancing understanding of patient behavior, healthcare access, and digital engagement.
This role will drive
high-visibility analytics for one of our
flagship global accounts, providing a unique opportunity to shape Axtria's emerging capability.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support the design, development, and deployment of advanced analytical solutions that deliver actionable insights across Patient Analytics.
- Manage and mentor a team of associate and project leads, fostering skill development, collaboration, and innovation.
- Conduct and oversee data analysis of structured and unstructured sources.
- Translate complex analytics into clear, data-driven recommendations that drive strategy and enhance patient outcomes.
- Design and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations using tools such as Python, SQL, Tableau, and Databricks.
- Deliver ad hoc analyses that distill patient, demand and engagement data into concise, stakeholder-ready insights.
- Guide development of KPIs to track performance and ensure alignment with brand objectives.
- Oversee data quality internally while collaborating with client partner team as and when needed to ensure governance.
- Drive standardization and scalability through the development of reusable code components, templates, and analytical frameworks on Databricks.
- Participate in Agile workflows, contributing to sprint planning and iterative delivery of prioritized analytics solutions.
Qualifications & Skills
- 8-12 years of experience in Pharma/Life Sciences Analytics, with strong exposure to Patient Analytics and/or RWE.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare data assets (APLD, EMR, Claims, Rx).
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, or PySpark; Strong proficiency in Databricks and its analytics ecosystem; comfort with large-scale data processing and modeling.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to connect insights to strategic decisions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, especially with senior business leaders.
- Proactive approach to identifying challenges and implementing data-driven solutions effectively.
- Flexibility to manage evolving priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Team-oriented with a focus on achieving team goals.
- Strong presentation and public speaking skills.
