Lead IT sales activities within the assigned region, developing and executing strategies to achieve sales targets.
Manage and inspire the sales team to exceed revenue and growth objectives.
Business Development & P&L Accountability:
Drive business development efforts, ensuring the acquisition of new clients and growth in the region.
Take full ownership of the region's P&L, aligning sales strategies to maximize profitability and
market share.
Lead Generation &Channel Development:
Develop and implement multiple channels for lead generation.
Proactively generate leads through networking, partnerships, and other sales channels to expand the client base.
Sales of IT Products& Solutions:
Sell a comprehensive portfolio of IT products including:
Hardware: Laptops, end-user computing devices, network solutions, AV solutions, etc.
Software: Microsoft and other licenses, antivirus software, and other standard IT tools.
Design and deliver custom IT solutions tailored to client needs, including managed services and managed Internet Leased Line (ILL) solutions.
Collaboration with System Integrators:
Leverage experience from a System Integrator background to provide a broad range of IT services, including hardware, software, and fully managed IT solutions.
Build relationships with technology partners and vendors to enhance service offerings.
