Objective:
The position holder is responsible for partnering with business to drive profitability, volume growth, optimization of cost and credit losses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with business units to provide financial insights
- Drive execution of AOP in close collaboration with business; work closely with business and functional heads to maximize volume, productivity and collection efficiency
- Work closely with business and functional heads to drive projects related to pricing optimization, cost-reduction programs, and profitability enhancement
- Analyze product-line, customer, and channel profitability, and identify value drivers
- Design & evaluate Collection Incentive, Contest proposal, CBA (if any) and post launch performance
- Evaluation of new products/ business expansion business proposals
- Support FP&A team for management reporting, variance and trend analysis and for AOP related activities
- Provide support to senior management on strategic decision- making activities
- MIS and Governance frameworks to monitor status of projects
Desired Experience & Expertise:
- 8 - 10 years of experience in Business Finance and financial modelling
- Ability to develop business cases for product/ pricing interventions, pro-forma financial statements, informational & other analytical reports as requested
