Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Program Management & Deployment
    • Manage the end-to-end deployment of licensable or productized AI solutions across GSC Functions, ensuring consistency, scalability, and operational fit.
    • Track program timelines, deliverables, and milestones, working closely with functional and BU leads to drive adoption and sustainability.
    • Oversee pilot programs, proof-of-concept initiatives, and the scaling of validated solutions into enterprise workflows.
  • Cross-BU Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement
    • Serve as the primary liaison across Business Units to facilitate coordination, transparency, and shared learning on AI initiatives.
    • Support and structure cross-functional working groups under the direction of the Group IT to accelerate solution alignment and knowledge transfer.
    • Collect and synthesize stakeholder feedback to refine governance processes and enhance program outcomes.
  • Evaluation & KPI Tracking
    • Manage the AI evaluation scorecards used to assess AI solutions and vendors across key criteria such as strategic fit, value proposition, ROI, scalability, compliance, efficiency, and risk.
    • Work in partnership with the Group IT and in collaboration with the BU's and Functional areas to track program-level KPIs that reflect innovation impact, solution effectiveness, and operational ROI.
    • Regularly report on progress, risks, and opportunities to GSC IT Head and other executive stakeholders.
  • Technology & Capability Research
    • Conduct ongoing research and competitive scanning of Automation and AI tools and platforms aligned to strategic capabilities across DP World.
    • Collaborate with Group IT Team to ensure that fit for purpose solutions are deployed in GSC.
    • Recommend best-fit tools for consideration based on cost-effectiveness, integration potential, and workflow enablement.
    • Partner with Finance, IT, and other stakeholders (as needed) to evaluate implementation feasibility and licensing needs.

Preferred Experience:

  • 10-12 years of experience in program management, innovation management, or a related field.

  • Strong understanding of AI solution evaluation, deployment workflows, and governance best practices.
  • Experience managing cross-functional programs in matrixed environments.
  • Exceptional communication, stakeholder engagement, and documentation skills.
