MobiKwik is looking for a dynamic Sales Leader to drive the adoption of our Zaakpay Payment Gateway among large merchants in Bangalore. If you have a passion for fintech, a strong network in the payments space, and the ability to close high-value enterprise deals, this role is for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and acquire SMB/Mid Market/Eterprise merchants for Zaakpay Payment Gateway.
- Build and manage strong relationships with key decision-makers in the payments ecosystem.
- Drive end-to-end sales cycles from prospecting to negotiation and closing deals.
- Work with cross-functional teams (Product, Risk, Compliance) to tailor solutions for merchants.
- Monitor market trends & competitors to optimize our sales strategy.
- Achieve and exceed GMV & Revenue and acquisition targets.
What We're Looking For:
- 7+ years of experience in SMB/Mid Market /Enterprise Sales / Business Development in Payments, Fintech, or BFSI.
- Strong knowledge of payment gateways, QR solutions, EDC machines, UPI, and digital payments.
- A proven track record of acquiring and managing payment gateway merchants.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Experience in working with B2B merchants, e-commerce, lending, or retail sectors is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
