Job Description

Responsibilities

PreOpening & Operational Readiness
Lead pre-opening activities within timelines and budgets.
Develop pre-opening plans, SOPs, workflows.
Conduct risk assessments and readiness audits.
Maintain CPC (Critical Path Calendar).
Stakeholder Coordination
Act as the central link between operators, internal teams (Projects, EPC, Legal, Finance, ESG, HR, Procurement).
Drive coordination meetings and track deliverables.

3 Project Management

Build detailed pre-opening critical path: staffing, procurement, OS&E/FF&E, training, compliance.
Identify risks, escalate and mitigate.
Brand Compliance & Technical Alignment
Ensure compliance with brand standardsdesign, technical, operational, service.
Coordinate brand inspections and signoffs.
Group Standards & Governance
Integrate Group's safety, ESG, digital, procurement, finance governance standards.
Support statutory & regulatory compliance.
Operational Readiness
Ensure readiness across Rooms, F&B, Engineering, Security, IT, HR, Finance, Spa, Support functions.
Ensure system integration, OS&E procurement, licensing, training are completed.
Budgeting & Financial Oversight
Prepare and monitor preopening budgets.
Work on P&L assumptions, staffing plans, productivity metrics.
Track spend and recommend corrective actions.
Handover & Opening
Manage soft opening, trial stays, and brand-mandated preopening rituals.
Ensure seamless handover to operations with complete documentation.
