Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Senior Manager for an on-site role at our Chennai office. The Senior Manager will oversee the operations of the consultancy, ensure the delivery of high-quality services, and develop strategies to improve team performance. Responsibilities include mentoring and leading a team of counselors, monitoring and analyzing the efficiency of processes, liaising with educational institutions, managing client relationships, and driving business growth. This role also involves ensuring that all services align with company standards and client satisfaction metrics.

• Leadership and Team Management: Demonstrated ability to mentor and lead a team to achieve performance goals.
• Client Relations and Communication: Strong skills in building and maintaining client relationships, along with excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Strategic Planning and Problem Solving: Proficiency in developing strategies, implementing processes, and solving challenges effectively.
• Knowledge of International Education: Understanding of international education systems, university applications, visa processes, and student support mechanisms.
• Organizational and Analytical Skills: Strong organizational, analytical, and time-management skills for efficient project execution and reporting.
• Education and Experience: Bachelor's/Master's degree in a relevant field and at least 5 years of experience in education consultancy or a related domain.
• Proficiency in Technology: Experience with CRM systems and proficiency in using technology for process efficiency.
