Job Description

- Source, engage, and manage HNI/UHNI clients for Dubai real estate investments.

- Advise investors on capital allocation, rental returns, portfolio diversification, and cross-border structuring.

- Manage investor onboarding documentation and coordinate transaction closures with Dubai HQ and developers.

- Represent the company at wealth summits, exclusive investor events, and networking forums.

Candidate Profile:

- 8+ years of experience in Private Banking, Wealth Management, Family Office advisory, or luxury real estate sales.

- Proven HNI/UHNI network in India with the ability to handle ticket sizes INR 310 crores.

- Strong understanding of investment structuring, FEMA/LRS regulations, and global asset allocation.

- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.

- Willingness to travel to Dubai for briefings and events.
