Job Purpose
- To assist in the development and rollout of new and specialized product categories that align with Air Cargo's long-term strategic goals.
- To support the innovation and enhancement of Air cargo services by integrating market research, product design, and operational efficiency
Key Accountabilities
Product Development Support
- Contribute to the design, development and marketing of specialized cargo offerings such as perishables, pharmaceuticals, and express delivery services
- Ensure product concepts are aligned with customer needs, market demand, and Air Cargo's strategic objectives.
Operational Implementation
- Assist in managing and overseeing of product rollout activities, ensuring seamless operational integration across the cargo network.
- Coordinate with operations teams to establish efficient handling processes for specialized cargo categories.
Market Analysis
- Conduct competitor analysis and industry benchmarking to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and best practices for new products.
- Provide insights that inform product positioning, differentiation, and continuous innovation.
- Work closely with internal teams, including Key Account Management (KAM) and Operations, to tailor products to key accounts and ensure seamless service delivery.
Performance Monitoring
- Help establish KPIs and develop systems to track the performance of new products, contributing to continuous improvement and alignment with business goals.
Stakeholder Collaboration
