The Senior Manager, Analytics Business Partnering will serve as the People Analytics leader for India, driving people insights that inform strategic decisions for one of Adobe's largest and most dynamic workforce populations. This is an exciting and impactful role sitting at the intersection of people data, business strategy, and senior leadership impact! Successful hire must work credibly with senior leaders and deliver rigorous, high-quality analyses. Leading a small team of analysts, this leader will serve as the primary connection point between Adobe's global People Analytics function and India internal customers (Sr business leaders, HRBPs, and Employee Experience (EX) team).
Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior EX and Business Leaders in India, serving as their primary point of contact for People Analytics.
Engage with business executives and EX leaders to understand their strategic priorities, surface the right analytical questions, and translate ambiguous asks into clear, actionable work.
Present people insights in a way that drives decisions, with an ability to adapt framing and level of detail for a variety of audiences.
Represent India's workforce context and business priorities within the global People Analytics team, ensuring relevant local nuances are reflected in broader analyses and recommendations.
Define accurate questions from complex, sometimes ambiguous business problems, and determine the appropriate analytical approach to answer them.
Lead analyses that combine people data, external research, and business context to address strategic challenges.
Ensure the integrity and rigor of analytical outputs produced by the team, setting a high quality bar and providing substantive review!
Manage and develop a small team of analysts, setting clear expectations, providing regular feedback, and building their skills over time.
Coordinate and prioritize the team's work in alignment with the needs of internal clients in India region and People Analytics team's roadmap priorities.
Foster ways of working that are rigorous, collaborative, and aligned with both India EX and People Analytics team standards and processes.
Actively participate in and contribute to both the global People Analytics team and EX India, including shared initiatives, capability development, and knowledge sharing.
Partner with sub-functions in People Analytics team (BI, Data Science, Research, Workforce Strategy), so that together we deliver integrated, high-quality work to internal customers.
