Execute Advanced Quality (AQ) strategies for part development across projects, ensuring timely and flawless launches, capacity enhancements, and VAVE implementation
Deploy development strategies and monitor Target vs Actual progress
Ensure outsourced parts development from suppliers meets project milestones and ProX process compliance, escalating deviations when necessary
Implement corrective actions based on Lessons Learned Library (LLL) during development and PPAP
Conduct physical verification, tool capitalization, and onsite supplier reviews for regulatory and safety compliance
Execute onsite PPAP for all parts, verifying quality and capacity requirements and escalating issues when non-compliance occurs
Propose and implement actions for faster resolution of critical issues to achieve Quality Scorecard parameters
Ensure APQP and PPAP adherence, gateway milestone compliance, and drive LLL adoption
Monitor craftsmanship, VLO scores, part rejection rates (PPM), and post-launch QRT issues
Execute profitability enhancement through VAVE idea generation, coordination, and implementation
Build and maintain a sustainable supplier base through MSA audits, alternate source development, and supplier rationalization
Manage people by adhering to training and development plans and executing training programs
