Sherwood Public School is looking for a dynamic, service-driven and experienced professional to join our leadership ecosystem asSenior Manager - Admissions, Marketing & Operations.
This is a key role that blends strategic admissions leadership, brand building, and smooth school operations. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping the first impression of the school for prospective families while ensuring efficient administrative and operational support for our ICSE schools in Hyderabad.
Key Responsibilities
Admissions and Enrolment
- Lead and manage the complete admissions journey from enquiry to enrolment
- Act as the primary point of contact for prospective parents and students across email, phone and in-person interactions
- Conduct school tours, orientations and admission briefings
- Maintain accurate admissions data using CRM and student management systems
- Coordinate with academic and finance teams to ensure seamless onboarding
- Prepare, review and issue offer letters, acceptance forms and related documentation
Marketing and Brand Visibility
- Drive outreach initiatives such as open houses, school fairs and promotional events
- Plan and execute branding and advertising efforts across print, digital and community platforms
- Develop and manage social media strategies to strengthen the school's online presence and build parent communities
- Create content calendars and engagement campaigns
- Collaborate with marketing partners and vendors for brochures, videos, advertisements and other collateral
Administration and Operations
- Provide administrative and operational support to the School Leadership Team
- Oversee student registration, attendance tracking and documentation
- Coordinate with external agencies and government bodies for regulatory compliance
- Support school events, parent communication and internal documentation
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Education Management or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in admissions, sales and marketing or school administration, preferably in an ICSE or international school environment
- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi and Telugu
- Strong interpersonal skills with a service-oriented mindset
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, MS Office and school management systems
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
