Responsibilities
- Preparation of Construction Plans & progress for adherence to project timeline.
- Plan, organize direct, control, and construction from the beginning.
- Quality monitoring of the work at site location.
- Cost controlling of the project.Calculating optimum Material Requirement.
- Collect periodic updates and prepare Daily, Weekly, and Monthly Basis.
- Billing and Planning of the project.Preparing of Bar Binding Schedule
- Coordination with sub-contractors. Sub-Contractors Billing
Qualifications
Qualification :- BE/B. Tech - Civil
Experience :- More than 15 years
