Senior Manager-Accounts

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Erode for a Senior Manager-Accounts. The Senior Manager-Accounts will oversee the financial operations of the company, including managing budgets, preparing financial statements, monitoring cash flow, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. The role involves managing the accounts team, conducting financial audits, establishing best practices in financial reporting, and providing strategic guidance to support business growth and sustainability.

• Strong expertise in financial management, budgeting, and cash flow analysis
• Proficiency in financial reporting, auditing, and compliance with financial regulations
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to interpret financial data
• Experience in managing and leading an accounts team effectively
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Chartered Accountant (CA) or equivalent certification is highly preferred
• Prior experience in the food or agriculture industry is an added advantage
