Speciality Chemicals: The Specialty Chemical business of Jubilant Ingrevia manufactures Pyridine, Picolines and its forward integration derivatives, which finds application in agrochemicals, pharmaceuticals, dyes, solvents, metal finishes, fine chemicals, semiconductors etc.
We have also launched new platform of Diketene & its value-added derivatives for multiple industry use. We are an established partner of choice in CDMO, with more investment plans in GMP & Non-GMP multi-product facilities for Pharma, Agro and Semi-conductor customers.

The Position

Location : - Corporate Office, Noida
Role Overview
The role holder will be responsible for managing, monitoring, and controlling all Export Accounting activities, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely closure of export-related financial transactions. The position requires strong expertise in export documentation, accounting standards, statutory compliances, and audit processes. This is a strategic and operational role that supports corporate accounting, export-related financial reporting, and audit readiness with zero deviations.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Export Accounting & Compliance
- Oversee end-to-end export accounting, including invoicing, incentives, duty drawback, MEIS/RODTEP claims, and related reconciliations.
- Ensure accurate booking of export sales, export benefits, and forex adjustments.
- Review export documentation in compliance with Statutory norms, Customs, DGFT, FEMA, and RBI regulations.
- Ensure timely submission of SOFTEX forms, export realization certificates (BRC), and other statutory filings.
- Financial Closing & Reporting
- Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual export-related closing activities. Measure: Month-end closing completed by 7th day of every month.
- Ensure export schedules, reconciliations, and ledgers are accurate and audit-ready.
- Provide accurate export-related inputs for Quarterly financial statements and SEBI reporting. Measure: First-cut financials by 13th day for Qtr / 15th day for annual.
- Audit Coordination
- Liaise with statutory auditors for export-related queries and ensure timely resolution. Measure: All audit issues to be closed at least 7 days prior to the Board Meeting.
- Ensure application of correct accounting policies aligned with applicable accounting standards.
- Reconciliations & Controls
- Perform Intercompany export reconciliations and ensure there are no pending items at month-end. Measure: Nil pending reconciliation at month-end.
- Monitor export receivables, follow up on pending realizations, and maintain compliance under FEMA timelines.
- Documentation & Reporting
- Prepare and review export-related financial reports and respond to ad-hoc information requests from banks, management, or statutory bodies. Measure: Turnaround time of 4 days for ad-hoc financial requests.
- Support annual financial statement preparation for export-related disclosures.
- Systems & Automation
- Support Hyperion and Infor LN improvements for export-related modules. Measure: Nil open issues on Hyperion/Infor LN at closing date.
- Identify automation opportunities to improve the export accounting process.

. Cross-functional Coordination
- Collaborate with Plant Accounts, Supply Chain, Sales Accounts, Production, SCM, Business Excellence, Quality, and external stakeholders such as auditors, banks, and export authorities.
Qualifications & Experience
Chartered Accountant (CA) with 1520 years of experience in accounting, preferably with strong exposure to Export Accounting. Experience in corporate accounting, export incentives, and statutory compliance is strongly preferred.
Desirable Skills & Knowledge
- Strong understanding of accounting processes and finalization of accounts as per applicable accounting standards.
- Knowledge of Indian GAAP / Ind AS, costing, budgeting, and unit-level taxation.
- Strong command over export-related statutory requirements (DGFT, Customs, FEMA, RBI).
- Experience in ERP environments (preferably Infor LN / Hyperion).
- Ability to work in and/or lead cross-cultural teams.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong problem-solving approach and eye for detail.
- Good team player with a collaborative mindset
