Role Description

This full-time, on-site position as a Senior Manager Accounts & Finance is based in dadar, Mumbai. The role involves managing the team and overseeing the financial activities of the company, including budgeting, financial reporting, and ensuring accurate accounting practices. Responsibilities also include developing financial strategies, analyzing financial data, ensuring regulatory compliance, and providing support for senior management decision-making. The role requires effective team coordination and leadership while ensuring the financial health of the organization.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and budgeting
• Proficiency in financial analysis, strategic financial planning, and forecasting
• Experience with auditing, compliance, and regulatory standards
• Proven leadership and team management skills
• Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Excellent communication, organizational, and decision-making abilities
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CA/CPA certification preferred
• Experience in managing financial operations in a service or operations-based industry is advantageous
