Key Responsibilities:
Client Servicing:
- Manage and support all client servicing responsibilities
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention
Business Development:
- Scout and pursue new business opportunities
- Achieve new business billing target of 10 Cr
Existing Business Management:
- Oversee top line billing of 25 Cr from existing business
- Monitor performance and provide insights for growth opportunities
