Inviting applications for the role of Process Developer - Invoice to Cash
Accounts Receivables role focuses on key performance indicators delivery and process improvement.
Responsibilities
.Achieving metric targets contractually agreed with the customer as hygiene, continuously improving on performance benchmarks
.Collection of outstanding receivables: Issuing, checking and sending dunning letters/Collection letters,
.Verbal & Written communication with client
.Verbal & Written communication with related internal departments
.Tracking and reporting collection performance, leveraging tools in place
.Dispute management: Identify and register claims, Research and validate claims, Route dispute to appropriate action owner for resolution
.Create reporting both for client and Genpact management for Operations review
.Identify recurrent problems/issues in Operations and resolve
.Perform Audit and J-SOX controls related activities.
.Showcase and practice excellent client handling skills to ensure customer satisfaction
.Escalation tracking and resolution for client issues
.Own and hold periodic reviews with clients on Operational performance.
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
.Commerce Graduate
.Minimum 3 years experience in accounts receivables
.Previous experience in a BPO/Call Centre/Shared Services environment (represents an advantage)
. Relevant industry experience for the position applied
.Advanced English speaking and writing skills.

.Ability to interact with diverse customers in a multi-cultural environment.
