Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute leadership development strategies and programs aligned with organizational goals.
  • Design, implement, and manage leadership training initiatives, workshops, coaching, and mentoring programs.
  • Partner with senior management and HR business partners to identify leadership needs and talent gaps.
  • Lead succession planning efforts to ensure a strong pipeline of future leaders.
  • Utilize assessments, feedback, and analytics to measure program effectiveness and leadership growth.
  • Drive change management initiatives linked to leadership transformation.
  • Manage budgets and vendor relationships related to external leadership development resources.
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in leadership development.
  • Mentor and develop a team of L&D professionals.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Organizational Psychology, or related field; MBA or Master's preferred.
  • 8+ years of experience in leadership development, talent management, or organizational development.
  • Proven experience designing and managing large-scale leadership development programs.
  • Strong knowledge of adult learning principles, leadership frameworks, and coaching methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with learning management systems (LMS), assessment tools, and leadership diagnostics.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive decisions.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence senior leaders.

Preferred Skills:

  • Certification in coaching (e.g., ICF) or leadership development.
  • Experience working in global or matrix organizations.
  • Familiarity with digital learning platforms and virtual leadership development.
