AIMonk Labs is looking for a senior technology leader (overall experience 6-10 years) with an entrepreneurial mindset (experience with a start-up will be a huge plus) having built scalable software applications in Computer Vision, 2+ years of experience in Deep Learning, working with a team of 2 to 4 engineers to help us build scalable AI solutions.
Responsibilities
- Managing a team of 2 to 4 AI engineers towards Computer Vision platform development.
- Interfacing with the product backend team, product-managers, to design, engineer, contribute to the implementation of a modular Deep Learning based visual recognition solution
- Deploying and maintaining customer-focused and scalable AI pipelines to process large-scale real-time video streams as part of real-time processing.
- Building, communicating and executing robust development, documentation, and engineering processes
Requirements
- Hands on experience with scalable Vision AI pipeline and application development and deployment
- The candidate must have an eye to build scalable engineering platforms
- Experience with deploying on Computer Vision + Deep Learning on the edge
- Must have dealt with manageability, upgrade, deployment, and scalable deployment issues with edge deployment in the field
- Well familiar with GPU frameworks, pipeline optimization and logging tools in cloud and edge
- Eye for detail, critically but constructive review the work of others and ability to debug complex problems
- Ability to coordinate work with/of other members of the team and ability to interface with other development functions for complex designs
- Deep familiarity with Media processing frameworks (such as gstreamer, ffmpeg) is a plus
- Familiarity with MLOps in the AI for faster development and deployment is a plus.
- Some experience to directly or indirectly managing people is preferred.
- Extremely good problem solver to design computer-vision pipelines consisting of detection, classification and segmentation to solve video recognition problem
- Ability to coordinate across different products, engineering tasks, and implementing the modules along with scalability, security, extensibility in mind.
- Should possess strong programming skills to write algorithms and logic in tools such as Python, OpenCV, DeepStream SDK.
- Overall Experience required is 6-10 years.
