In this role, you will contribute to building scalable, secure, and intelligent platform systems that support a global financial ecosystem. You will design, implement, and deploy machine learning solutions to address complex problems, including fraud detection, recommendation systems, chatbots, and blockchain analytics. The position involves collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to create impactful ML-driven features while ensuring reliability and performance at scale. Accountabilities
- Research, develop, and implement cutting-edge machine learning solutions for platform-level problems
- Build and deploy robust, maintainable ML models in production environments
- Work with diverse data sources, including blockchain and transactional data, to enhance system intelligence
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and data teams to translate business requirements into ML solutions
- Develop tools, libraries, and infrastructure to support the democratization and scalability of ML capabilities across the organization
- Continuously improve processes, ensuring high performance, reliability, and quality of ML systems
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a machine learning or software engineer
- Strong background in backend systems, data processing, and applied machine learning
- Experience with at least one ML model type: LLMs, GNNs, deep learning, logistic regression, gradient boosting, etc.
- Knowledge of data mining, information retrieval, NLP, computer vision, or advanced statistics
- Proficiency in Python or similar programming languages for ML and data engineering
- Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure, collaborative, and fast-paced environment
- BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Statistics, or related technical field is preferred
- Experience with ML infrastructure tools (Apache Airflow, Spark, Flink, Kafka, Snowflake, Hadoop, Hive) is a plus
- Understanding of model interpretability, responsible AI, and data visualization is advantageous
