The role focuses on product identification, order management from buyers, sourcing, and procurement across categories such as Home and Dcor, Textiles, Beauty, Leather Products, Handbags, and more.

Key Responsibilities

• Continuously introduce new products to channel buyers.
• Manage buyer orders efficiently and ensure timely sourcing.
• Ensure on-time delivery of all orders.
• Lead cost negotiations to secure the best prices and favorable terms while maintaining quality and compliance standards.
• Ensure all sourced products meet VGL's quality benchmarks.
• Ensure compliance with all legal, ethical, and environmental standards throughout the sourcing and procurement process.
  
  

Requirements

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Fashion, Home, Lifestyle, or Business Management.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience.
• Strong network of reputable vendors across India.
• Ability to manage multiple product categories efficiently.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
