Position Overview Keus Is Looking for a Senior Lighting Designer in the Lighting Verticals. We are looking for someone to help the Sales/Technical team by creating lighting layouts in AutoCAD, Photoshop, Dialux, or EVO and creating lighting BOQs. This role requires functional competencies in AutoCAD, Photoshop, Dialux or EVO and lighting technicalities as well as lighting terminologies. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities Ability to create lighting concept presentations. Ability to edit 3D renderings to show simulated lighting scenes of the design intent. Ability to develop lighting drawings on CAD or sketches from plans, elevations, sections, and details. Manage coordinate application design with clients and third parties and internally. Ability to calculate luminous output and intensity of the lighting system, make layout plans, work drawings, and documentation of the lighting applications. Research new lighting solutions, innovations. Using Dialux Evo Photoshop, to do lighting simulations for the purpose of presentation, reports as a project requirement, and for validation of design proposed. Lighting project management and site coordination Coordinate projects with Architects, Designers, Clients on-site and remotely. Manage, coordinate, and supervise the installation of the light fixtures to meet clients expectations when needed. ________________________________________ Key measures of success Maintaining Strong Relationships with the architects Delivering flawless designs. Proficiency in expressing lighting concepts through diverse presentation formats. Team Player: High motivation, commitment, flexibility, and leadership skills to collaborate effectively within a team and mentor junior members. ________________________________________ Qualifications Education: Completed university education (diploma/bachelor/master) in lighting design or architecture preferred. Experience: Minimum of three years of professional experience in lighting design and/or architecture, preferably in a studio environment. Software Skills: Proficient in Adobe CC (especially InDesign Photoshop), AutoCAD, Dialux, and MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Knowledge of Rhino, and Revit is advantageous. _____________________________________
