The Role
We are seeking a deeply experienced Life Coach who lives and breathes the principles of Vedantic Philosophy. This is not a standard coaching role; you will be a spiritual architect for our clients, helping them navigate the journey from dependency to self-mastery. You will bridge the gap between International Coaching Federation (ICF) standards and the profound insights of the Upanishads and Bhagavad Gita.
Key Responsibilities
Vedantic Mentorship: Lead 1-on-1 and group sessions that apply $Viveka$ (discernment) and $Vairagya$ (dispassion) to the recovery process.
Behavioral Integration: Use ICF-standard coaching frameworks to help clients set and achieve life goals post-recovery.
Recovery Coaching: Support clients in identifying the void behind addiction and filling it with spiritual purpose ($Dharma$).
Holistic Advocacy: Collaborate with our clinical and medical teams to ensure a seamless integration of spiritual health and behavioral wellness.
Candidate Requirements
Certification: ICF Credentialed (ACC, PCC, or MCC) is highly preferred.
Wisdom Base: Deep, demonstrable knowledge of Vedantic philosophy and its practical application in modern life.
Experience: 57 years in Life Coaching, Behavioral Health, or Spiritual Mentorship.
Niche Expertise: Prior experience working within addiction recovery or trauma-informed care is a significant advantage.
Presence: A calm, grounded, and empathetic demeanor capable of holding space for intense emotional transformation.
