Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Legal Manager based in Mumbai. The Senior Legal Manager will oversee legal document preparation, provide consulting on legal matters, ensure compliance with applicable laws, and manage key legal affairs. Responsibilities include conducting due diligence, offering strategic legal guidance in advisory contexts, and preparing detailed reports and recommendations to support organizational objectives. The role requires strong collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders to address a broad spectrum of legal challenges.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Law, including a comprehensive understanding of corporate and regulatory frameworks
• Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation, including contracts, agreements, and compliance documentation
• Experience in Legal Consulting and providing strategic advice on a variety of business and individual matters
• Strong knowledge of Legal Compliance and ensuring adherence to applicable laws and regulations
• Ability to manage Legal Affairs, including dispute resolution and handling critical legal cases
• Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills
• Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB), with an additional qualification like LLM preferred
• Experience in the legal landscape of financial or advisory services is advantageous
