Location: North Bangalore

We are looking for a Senior Associate (Real Estate Legal) to support all legal aspects of ourreal estate projects. The role includes title due diligence, drafting and vetting of propertydocuments, coordination for registrations, and ensuring compliance with real estate laws.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct title due diligence and prepare legal opinions/reports.
• Draft and vet Sale Deeds, ATS, Lease Deeds, JDA, GPA/SPA, and other real estate documents.
• Coordinate with sub-registrar offices, legal vendors, and internal teams for document execution andregistration.
• Ensure RERA compliance and assist with project-related documentation.
• Provide legal advisory on property law issues and support litigation coordination.

Requirements:

LL.B/LL.M with 48 years of experience in Real Estate Law.

Strong knowledge of title verification, documentation, registration process, and RERA.

Excellent drafting and communication skills.

Proficiency in Kannada and English is mandatory.
