Senior Legal Associate

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Senior Legal Associate to join our legal team at Thriwe. This role will focus on drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and managing a wide range of contracts to support business operations, ensuring compliance with applicable laws, and mitigating legal risks.

Key Responsibilities

: Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of complex commercial contracts, including NDAs, Vendor Agreements, Licensing Agreements, Service Contracts etc. across multiple jurisdictions

. Provide strategic legal advice on contract terms, risk mitigation, and compliance matters in close coordination with internal teams

. Manage the End-to-End contract lifecycle, ensuring timely execution, renewal, and tracking of all agreements

. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Procurement, Sales, Finance) to facilitate timely resolution of issues and support business objectives

. Offer legal advisory support on broader business operations, including corporate governance, company law matters, and labour law compliance

. Maintain and regularly update the contract tracker and repository, ensuring classification and easy accessibility for relevant stakeholders

. Coordinate with external counsels on specialized matters or disputes, if required

Qualification

s: Law degree from an accredited law schoo

l. 6+ years of relevant experience in contract law, preferably in an in-house legal team or a law firm specializing in corporate/commercial contract

s. Proven expertise in drafting, negotiating, and managing complex commercial agreements with a strong understanding of legal compliance and risk mitigatio

n. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to convey complex legal concepts to non-legal stakeholders clearly and effectivel
