How You Will Contribute

As a member of A&M's global legal team, you will:

  • Contract Review & Negotiation - Draft, review, and negotiate NDAs, non-reliance and reliance agreements, service and vendor contracts. Ensure contractual terms align with firm policies, risk appetite, and compliance requirements.
  • Risk Management & Compliance - Help identify and mitigate legal risks.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration - Partner with business and operational teams in support of contract negotiation and finalisation.
  • Policy & Process Development - Contribute to contracting guidance and best practices
  • Legal Research - Conduct research on applicable laws and regulations impacting commercial agreements.

Qualifications


  • A Law degree (LL.B or equivalent) from a recognized institution; additional certifications in commercial law or contract management / postgraduate degree in law (LL.M or equivalent) is a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum 5+ years post-qualification experience in commercial contract review and negotiation.
  • Prior experience in professional services or consulting industry preferred.
  • Strong understanding of contract law, commercial agreements, and risk assessment.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with international contracting standards and cross-border transactions.
