Job Purpose
The Learning Experience Design Partner Sales Programs will design and develop impactful learning experiences that support the go-to-market and revenue teams. This role focuses on sales onboarding, product enablement, sales methodologies, and performance improvement programs that accelerate ramp time and strengthen sales capability.
You will work closely with Sales Enablement, GTM leaders, and subject matter experts to translate business needs into engaging, scalable learning solutions.
Who You Are
- A learning designer with 5-7 years of experience in instructional design or learning experience design.
- Experienced in designing sales enablement or revenue-focused learning programs.
- Skilled at translating complex concepts into clear, engaging, and learner-centric content.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, cross-functional environments with multiple stakeholders.
- Familiar with instructional design frameworks such as ADDIE or SAM.
- Proficient in tools like Articulate Storyline, Rise, and LMS platforms.
What Will Excite You
