Job Description

The Solution Architect will lead a team of software developers and take technical ownership of projects, from design to deployment. The role requires expertise in microservices architecture, Node.js, ReactJS, and database management, ensuring high-quality web applications and adherence to project timelines.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of 2025 software developers, mentoring and guiding them to improve quality and productivity
  • Take hands-on responsibility in designing, developing, and deploying high-quality web applications
  • Ensure completeness of assignments, including development, bug fixing, documentation, and product maintenance
  • Take technical ownership of project deliveries and ensure on-time execution
  • Collaborate with agile teams and other departments on design and implementation strategies
  • Follow Agile Development and project management methodologies
  • Plan project timelines, milestones, and deliverables, adhering to delivery schedules
  • Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate server-side components
  • Run diagnostic tests, repair defects, and provide technical support
  • Document Node.js processes, database schemas, and prepare technical reports

Skillsets Required

  • Strong hands-on knowledge of Node.js and server-side web frameworks
  • Proficient in ReactJS, JavaScript ecosystem, HTML, CSS
  • End-to-end development and deployment experience
  • Strong understanding of relational databases like MySQL; NoSQL knowledge is a plus
  • Experience in building and maintaining server-side network components
  • Proficient in HTTP protocols, REST APIs, JSON
  • Experience with version control tools like Git or Subversion
  • Knowledge of CRM-based technology solutions is a plus

  • Demonstrated experience in leading teams and delivering complex projects
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in agile environments and collaborate across teams
  • Strong documentation and reporting skills
