Job Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for both IT and Non-IT roles across multiple industries.
- Understand client requirements (JDs) in detail and translate them into effective sourcing strategies.
- Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn), internal database, references, and other channels.
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Conduct initial HR interviews/telephonic discussions to assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between clients and candidates.
- Follow up with candidates and clients for feedback and ensure smooth interview process.
- Negotiate salary and handle offer discussions to ensure successful closures.
- Maintain and update candidate database and recruitment trackers regularly.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive candidates.
- Ensure quick turnaround time and meet hiring targets/deadlines.
- Develop strong relationships with clients and candidates for long-term engagement.
- Stay updated with industry trends, hiring practices, and talent availability.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Handle multiple requirements simultaneously with attention to quality and timelines.
