Job Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for both IT and Non-IT roles across multiple industries.

·       Understand client requirements (JDs) in detail and translate them into effective sourcing strategies.

·       Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn), internal database, references, and other channels.

·       Screen and shortlist candidates based on skills, experience, and cultural fit.

·       Conduct initial HR interviews/telephonic discussions to assess candidate suitability.

·       Coordinate and schedule interviews between clients and candidates.

·       Follow up with candidates and clients for feedback and ensure smooth interview process.

·       Negotiate salary and handle offer discussions to ensure successful closures.

·       Maintain and update candidate database and recruitment trackers regularly.

·       Build and maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive candidates.

·       Ensure quick turnaround time and meet hiring targets/deadlines.

·       Develop strong relationships with clients and candidates for long-term engagement.

·       Stay updated with industry trends, hiring practices, and talent availability.

·       Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

·       Handle multiple requirements simultaneously with attention to quality and timelines.
