Job Title: Head IT Infrastructure, Cloud & Cyber Security
Job Summary
We are looking for a senior IT leader with strong experience in managing enterprise-scale IT infrastructure, cloud platforms, and cyber security operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving IT strategy, ensuring secure and scalable infrastructure, and leading digital transformation initiatives across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end IT infrastructure, cloud, and security operations across enterprise environments
- Define and implement IT strategy, architecture, and technology roadmap aligned with business goals
- Manage large-scale data center operations, network infrastructure, and hybrid cloud environments (AWS / Azure / GCP)
- Oversee cyber security operations including SIEM, SOC, EDR, DLP, vulnerability management, and incident response
- Ensure compliance with global standards such as ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR, and other regulatory frameworks
- Drive IT governance, risk management, and audit processes across infrastructure and security domains
- Manage identity and access management (IAM), privileged access (PAM), and endpoint security solutions
- Lead infrastructure modernization initiatives including virtualization, automation, and containerization
- Manage IT budgets (Capex/Opex), vendor relationships, and service delivery performance
- Oversee disaster recovery (DR) and business continuity planning (BCP) strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, and global delivery units
- Provide leadership to infrastructure, network, and security teams across multiple locations
Required Skills & Experience
- 15+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure, Cloud, and Cyber Security
- Strong expertise in AWS, Azure, and hybrid cloud environments
- Hands-on experience in enterprise networking (LAN/WAN, SD-WAN, routing & switching)
- Deep knowledge of cyber security frameworks and tools (SIEM, SOC, EDR, DLP, IAM, PAM)
- Experience with data center management, virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V, Nutanix)
- Strong understanding of compliance standards (ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR, ITGC)
- Experience in IT strategy, architecture design, and large-scale transformation programs
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and vendor management skills
- Experience managing global IT operations and service delivery teams
Preferred Qualifications
- Certifications such as AWS Solutions Architect, CCNP/CCIE, CISSP, or equivalent
- Experience in regulated industries (Finance, Healthcare, Telecom, or Enterprise IT)
- Exposure to automation tools (Terraform, Ansible, PowerShell, Python)
- Experience in managing SOC operations and security governance programs
