About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Lead Network & Security Engineer to join our IT Infrastructure & Operations team and lead the global network and security function. This is a hands-on leadership role, responsible for the design, security, stability, and performance of enterprise network environments across multiple regions.
You will manage a globally distributed team of engineers, act as the highest technical escalation point, and partner closely with infrastructure, security, and business stakeholders worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage a global team of network & security engineers
- Provide technical direction, standards, and best practices across regions
- Act as senior escalation point for complex incidents and outages
- Design, implement, and support enterprise network & security solutions
- Architect and support Cisco Routing & Switching, Cisco ISE, Cisco DNA (Catalyst Center), and enterprise wireless (Cisco WLC)
- Deploy and manage Fortinet FortiGate firewalls (policies, NAT, VPNs, SD-WAN, HA)
- Oversee incident, problem, and change management for global services
- Ensure compliance, governance, and audit readiness
What We're Looking For
- 14–20 years of enterprise network & security experience
- Proven leadership in managing global teams
- Strong expertise in:
- Cisco Routing & Switching
- Cisco ISE
- Cisco DNA (Catalyst Center)
- Enterprise Wireless (Cisco WLC)
- Fortinet FortiGate Firewalls
- Experience in multi-region, business-critical environments
- Certifications such as CCNP, CCIE (preferred but not mandatory), Fortinet NSE, Wireless (Cisco/CWNP)
- Strong communication, crisis management, and stakeholder engagement skills
