Role Overview
We are looking for experienced Network Engineering professionals who can take end-to-end ownership of Network Operations, incident management, troubleshooting, and implementation activities across a global enterprise environment. This role is ideal for individuals who bring both operational depth and strong engineering skills.
What You Will Do
- Monitor and maintain overall network health and performance.
- Troubleshoot critical incidents and drive rapid resolution with ownership.
- Handle user requests, BAU operations, and ad-hoc enhancements.
- Participate in implementation, configuration, and continuous tuning of network components.
- Collaborate with global teams to deliver a stable and secure network environment.
Core Technical Skills (Mandatory)
- Routers: Cisco
- Switching: Aruba or Cisco Nexus
- Wireless & Access Control: Aruba Wireless, Aruba ClearPass
- Firewall: Palo Alto
Preferred / Good-to-Have Skills
- F5 Load Balancer
- Zscaler or Netskope Proxy
- Cisco Nexus ACI
- SD-WAN (Aruba or equivalent)
- Exposure to NSX
Additional Preferred Experience
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities with ownership mindset.
- Working knowledge of UNIX/Linux/Windows, SNMP, and Active Directory.
- Experience across multiple network/security platforms: Aruba Wireless, ClearPass, ACI, F5, Netskope, NSX.
- Professional certifications (CCNP/CCIE) are an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-first approach and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
