Job Description

Job Role: Senior Lead Generation Specialist - IT Services Market

Responsibilities

  • Use lead generation tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Seamless, and ZoomInfo to identify key decision-makers in target international markets.
  • Conduct market research to refine lead generation strategies based on trends, competition, and customer needs.
  • Execute outbound prospecting through cold calls and email campaigns to initiate meaningful engagements.
  • Qualify leads against predefined criteria and clearly communicate the value proposition of our IT services.
  • Maintain accurate lead records in the CRM and ensure 100% adherence to data entry and timesheet updates.
  • Achieve monthly targets for qualified leads in accordance with the BAN checklist.
  • Improve the lead qualification ratio by 10% quarter-over-quarter.
  • Ensure at least 90% accuracy in prospect intelligence recorded in the CRM to support higher sales conversion.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales lead generation, preferably within the IT services sector targeting international markets.
  • 3-4 years of total work experience.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience working with international markets is mandatory.
