Job Role: Senior Lead Generation Specialist - IT Services Market
Responsibilities
- Use lead generation tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Seamless, and ZoomInfo to identify key decision-makers in target international markets.
- Conduct market research to refine lead generation strategies based on trends, competition, and customer needs.
- Execute outbound prospecting through cold calls and email campaigns to initiate meaningful engagements.
- Qualify leads against predefined criteria and clearly communicate the value proposition of our IT services.
- Maintain accurate lead records in the CRM and ensure 100% adherence to data entry and timesheet updates.
- Achieve monthly targets for qualified leads in accordance with the BAN checklist.
- Improve the lead qualification ratio by 10% quarter-over-quarter.
- Ensure at least 90% accuracy in prospect intelligence recorded in the CRM to support higher sales conversion.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales lead generation, preferably within the IT services sector targeting international markets.
- 3-4 years of total work experience.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience working with international markets is mandatory.
