Senior Lead Developer - SailPoint

Zurich India is seeking a highly skilled Senior Lead Developer - SailPoint to join our Identity & Access Management (IAM) team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ), application onboarding, identity lifecycle management, platform administration, and IAM integrations.

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Senior IAM Developer with strong expertise in SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ). The role will focus on onboarding applications into the SailPoint platform, managing Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML) processes, supporting platform operations, remediation activities, patching, upgrades, and ensuring compliance with identity governance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and support application onboarding into SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ).
• Configure and customize SailPoint IIQ components, including connectors, workflows, rules, and certifications.
• Manage identity lifecycle processes, including Joiner, Mover, and Leaver (JML) workflows.
• Lead vulnerability identification, remediation, and tracking activities within the SailPoint environment.
• Plan and execute SailPoint IIQ upgrades, patches, and maintenance activities.
• Develop and maintain integrations using Java, BeanShell, XML, and REST APIs.
• Support IAM automation initiatives through DevOps and CI/CD practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues while ensuring platform stability and performance.
• Maintain technical documentation, runbooks, onboarding standards, and operational procedures.
• Support audits, security reviews, and compliance requirements related to identity governance.

Stakeholder Management:

• Collaborate with business teams, application owners, security teams, and external vendors for onboarding and remediation activities.
• Coordinate with managed service providers and third-party vendors to ensure delivery excellence.
• Drive issue resolution end-to-end while adhering to defined SLAs.
• Provide guidance and support to team members on IAM best practices and SailPoint implementations.

Required Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM).
• Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ).
• Proven experience in application onboarding using custom and out-of-the-box connectors.

Strong understanding of IAM concepts, including:

• Identity Lifecycle Management
• Access Governance
• Role-Based Access Control (RBAC)
• Certification and Compliance Processes
• Experience working with Active Directory, Azure AD, and LDAP.
• Strong programming and integration skills using Java, BeanShell, XML, and REST APIs.
• Experience in vulnerability remediation, security compliance, and patch management.
• Hands-on experience with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and automation frameworks.
• Exposure to AWS environments is preferred.
• Strong understanding of SLA-based support and operational governance.
