The Role

As a Data Scientist at Kyndryl you are the bridge between business problems and innovative solutions, using a powerful blend of well-defined methodologies, statistics, mathematics, domain expertise, consulting, and software engineering. You'll wear many hats, and each day will present a new puzzle to solve, a new challenge to conquer.

You will dive deep into the heart of our business, understanding its objectives and requirements - viewing them through the lens of business acumen, and converting this knowledge into a data problem. You'll collect and explore data, seeking underlying patterns and initial insights that will guide the creation of hypotheses.

Key Responsibilities

• AI Solution Development

• Build and deploy AI models for NLP, computer vision, and generative AI use cases.

• Utilize platforms such as Azure Cognitive Services, Azure Cognitive Search, and Microsoft Bot Framework.

• Deploy AI chatbots, agents, and virtual assistants using Google, Perplexity, AWS.

• Use Agentic AI frameworks to design, deploy, and maintain AI Agents in different environments.

• Integration & Automation

• Integrate AI capabilities into enterprise workflows and applications.

• Implement CI/CD pipelines for AI models using MLOps best practices.

• Governance & Compliance

• Apply Responsible AI principles ensuring fairness, transparency, and security.

• Ensure compliance with data governance and regulatory standards.

• Implement AI guardrails for ethical and safe AI usage.

• Collaboration

• Partner with data engineers, cloud architects, and business analysts to align AI solutions with business objectives.

• Support AI adoption through training and knowledge sharing.

As a Software Engineering - Developer at Kyndryl, you will be at the forefront of designing, developing, and implementing cutting-edge software solutions. Your work will play a critical role in our business offering, your code will deliver value to our customers faster than ever before, and your attention to detail and commitment to quality will be critical in ensuring the success of our products.

Using design documentation and functional programming specifications, you will be responsible for implementing identified components. You will ensure that implemented components are appropriately documented, unit-tested, and ready for integration into the final product. You will have the opportunity to architect the solution, test the code, and deploy and build a CI/CD pipeline for it.

As a valued member of our team, you will provide work estimates for assigned development work, and guide features, functional objectives, or technologies being built for interested parties. Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• 10+ Years of experience as Agent AI Developer

• Design and development of single-agent and multi-agent systems.

• Agent orchestration on cloud platforms.

• Low-code / No-code agent building.

• RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) & Semantic Search.

• Hands-on experience with Agentic AI frameworks such as CrewAI, Semantic Kernel, LangChain/LangGraph.

Preferred Technical and Professional Experience

• Multi-agent orchestration and MCP (Model Context Protocol).

• Azure AI Agent Service & Copilot Studio.

• Advanced RAG & Semantic Search implementations.

• Strong programming skills in Python.

• Agentic AI Business Solutions Architect (AB-100).

• IBM RAG and Agentic AI Professional Certificate (Coursera).

• Microsoft Learn path & course: Develop AI agents on Azure (AI-3026).
