Job Summary: As a Product Owner with a strong technical background, you will be responsible for defining the product vision, strategy, and roadmap while leading a team of skilled professionals. Your expertise in backend development with Python and PySpark, along with knowledge of frontend technologies like React, will be critical in ensuring the successful delivery of our products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with company goals and customer needs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, including customers, business leaders, and development teams, to gather requirements and translate them into actionable user stories.
• Lead and mentor a cross-functional team of 6-8 members, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment.
• Prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business objectives and user needs.
• Work closely with development teams to ensure the successful execution of product development, providing clear guidance and support throughout the process.
• Utilize strong hands-on skills in backend development (Python, PySpark) to contribute to technical discussions and decisions.
• Collaborate with frontend developers to ensure seamless integration of backend services and enhance user experience with React.
• Conduct regular market research and competitive analysis to inform product direction and identify new opportunities.
• Monitor product performance and gather user feedback to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 9-12 years of experience in product ownership or product management, with a strong technical background in backend development (Python, PySpark).
• Proven experience leading and mentoring a team of 6-8 members, with a focus on delivering high-quality products.
• Strong understanding of frontend technologies, particularly React, and their integration with backend services.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, Jira).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in developing and implementing product strategies for data-driven solutions.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and data engineering concepts.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner) are a plus.
