Role Description

We are looking for a highly creative and experienced Senior Lead Animator to drive the animation function within the organization. This role requires a strong blend of creative vision, leadership, and execution excellence.

The ideal candidate will not only deliver high-quality animation outputs but also bring fresh, innovative ideas that elevate our creative capabilities and visual storytelling standards. Additionally, they should be proficient in leveraging AI-driven tools and workflows to enhance efficiency, accelerate production, and unlock new creative possibilities in animation.

Desired Candidate:

• Lead the animation function, ensuring high-quality and timely project delivery.
• Drive creative direction and bring innovative ideas to enhance visual storytelling.
• Manage and mentor the animation team to foster creativity and performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for cohesive and impactful outputs.
• Implement best practices, workflows, and quality standards.
• Leverage AI-driven tools to improve efficiency and production capabilities.
• 6–10 years of relevant experience with strong leadership exposure.
• Proficiency in tools like After Effects, Cinema 3D/4D, Blender, Maya, or similar.
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative storytelling and high-quality animation work.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Passion for innovation and staying updated with industry trends.

Working day - Monday to Friday

Timings - 9.00 am to 6.30 pm
