We are seeking a high-energy, innovative Head of Creative & Production to lead our newly centralized creative unit. You will be responsible for overseeing a team of 10+ designers and videographers, ensuring that every piece of content from social media snippets to high-stakes video productions meets a gold standard of innovation and creativity. Your mission is to dismantle siloed thinking and elevate the entire groups visual output by integrating cutting-edge technology (Generative AI) and cohesive storytelling across all business verticals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Centralized Leadership: Manage and mentor a multidisciplinary team of 10 designers and videographers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and upgrading.
- Brand Stewardship: Master and maintain the distinct design languages, color codes, and brand identities of various business units while ensuring a premium look across the group.
- AI Integration: Lead the charge in adopting Generative AI tools and advanced design software to move the team from operational output to innovative storytelling.
- End-to-End Production: Oversee all video production cycles, from ideation and storyboarding to final post-production and delivery.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary creative partner for various Business Heads, translating their objectives into high-performing visual assets.
- Quality Control: Establish a rigorous review process to ensure no basic or purely operational work leaves the department; every output must be a brand-building asset.
