17-20 years PQE ideally.
Location - #Gurgaon #Gurugram
Work Mode - #WFO (Mandatory, All 5 days, Monday - Friday)
The candidate must have PQE of at least 18+ years with transactional commercial contracts, agreements & negotiation work experience preferably from a law firm or from other corporate organizations (IT-ITES / Technology / Airline / Oil & Gas Industry/ Power & Infrastructure / Consulting/ M&A, Private Equity ideally).
The Individual will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a broad range of contracts, including relating to airline partnerships, Engineering, Digital, IT, Commercial, HR, Marketing, Loyalty Marketing, Venture M&A's etc.
