RootRace Software Solutions is seeking an experienced Senior Laravel Developer for a long-term contract engagement. This role is suited for professionals who can independently architect, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems in a structured delivery environment.
Engagement Structure
- Experience Required: Minimum 6+ years in Laravel and backend development
- Contract-based engagement
- 1-month paid probation period
- Upon successful completion, 11-month formal contract
- Work Mode: Remote
- Working Hours: 9:00 AM 6:00 PM (IST)
- Payment Cycle: Monthly

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain robust backend applications using Laravel
- Architect and implement scalable RESTful APIs
- Optimize database performance and application efficiency
- Ensure security best practices and system reliability
- Collaborate with frontend, DevOps, and product teams to deliver production-grade solutions
- Write clean, well-documented, and maintainable code aligned with SDLC standards
Required Technical Expertise
- Strong hands-on expertise in Laravel (latest stable versions)
- Proven experience designing and integrating RESTful APIs
- Solid understanding of MySQL and database architecture principles
- Experience with performance tuning and backend optimization
- Proficiency in Git-based version control workflows
- Strong understanding of SDLC processes and structured development practices
