Qualifications:

  • Master's in Landscape Architecture
  • Experience level: 2 to 5 years

  • Essential expertise in landscape construction drawing, landscape tender drawings, and BOQ for large-scale projects.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator. Preference given to those with Revit & BIM experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client co-ordination: Ensure seamless client coordination by establishing effective communication throughout the project lifecycle, promptly addressing inquiries, concerns, and feedback with professionalism.
  • Thoroughly grasp project briefs to align design with client expectations and collaborate with internal teams for a comprehensive understanding of project requirements.
  • Develop and produce project deliverables in accordance with predefined stages and corresponding drawing lists. Ensure the accuracy and completeness of all project-related documentation
  • Efficiently manage project resources, including personnel and time, to optimize productivity. Foster a collaborative team environment and provide leadership to achieve project goals.
  • Strategically plan and execute project tasks to meet deadlines consistently. Uphold the highest standards of quality in all project submissions.
  • Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and accurate project estimations in alignment with project specifications. Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to validate and refine cost estimates.
  • Oversee and supervise the construction phase of projects, ensuring alignment with design intent. Address on-site challenges promptly and proactively to maintain project progress.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment. Encourage skill development and continuous improvement within the team.
  • These key responsibilities collectively contribute to the successful execution and delivery of landscape architecture projects, reflecting the commitment to excellence and client satisfaction within the organization.

 

Work Details:

·        Location: ECC Road, Whitefield, Bengaluru - 560066

·        Work hours: 9:00 am to 6:30 pm; 5-day work week

·        Compensatory leave for overtime
