Senior Landscape Architect

• Take lead role to complete design and delivery of work packages for landscape architecture projects with reporting to Division Head
• Understand project deliverables and provide inputs throughout all stages from concept to commissioning;
• Understanding clients brief, initial analysis studies, prepare sketches/concepts;
• Prepare preliminary concepts and final concept after incorporating comments;
• Make presentations, obtain concept stage sign off from Clients;
• Project scheduling, delegating work to project team, monitoring work throughout the project stages for carrying out design, production & coordination;
• Provide technical directions to the team as required;
• Ensure team is aware of Companys design standards and maintain the quality of deliverables as per standards and client's expectations;
• Obtaining stage-wise sign off from Clients and follow up on collections;
• Coordinate and interface with all internal & external team members, consultants, clients etc., throughout the project;
• Attend periodic site visits / DRM during design & construction stages;
• Contribute to bids and proposals to win new projects when required.

Required Candidate profile

• Degree in Architecture, Masters in LA will be advantageous
• Minimum 6 years experience in landscape architecture projects with exposure in leading team for design & coordination
• Should be able to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet the deliverable targets
• Possess good inter-personal / communication & coordination skills.
• Should be willing to travel for site visits when required
• Good knowledge of Auto Cad & other relevant presentation Software viz., Lumion, Photoshop, In-Design etc
