Senior Kubernetes Platform Engineer (m/f/d)
Your Job:
. Operate, improve, and maintain the enterprise Kubernetes platform across AWS (EKS), Azure (AKS), and on-prem environments.
. Implement automation and infrastructure changes using Terraform, Ansible, Python, and manage CI/CD/GitOps workflows with GitLab and Argo CD.
. Support application teams with onboarding, deployments, troubleshooting, and daily platform operations.
. Manage and optimize core platform components including networking (CNI), storage (CSI), ingress (Traefik, HAProxy, ALB), service discovery, and DNS.
. Ensure platform reliability, performance, and security through cluster hardening, RBAC, network policies, image scanning, and compliance controls.
. Troubleshoot complex issues across Kubernetes, Linux, networking, storage, and containers, leading incident response and root-cause analysis.Your Qualification:
. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
. 3+ years of hands-on experience administering Kubernetes in production, including managed services (AKS/EKS) and on-prem platforms.
. Strong skills in IaC (Terraform, Ansible), container tooling (Helm/Kustomize), and scripting (Python/Bash).
. Experience with GitOps (Argo CD) and CI/CD pipelines using GitLab.
. Proficiency with ingress/load-balancing technologies such as Traefik, HAProxy, or equivalents.
. Strong Linux, container runtime (Docker/Containerd), and distributed systems troubleshooting expertise.
. Relevant certifications (CKA/CKAD/CKS) are a plus, along with strong English communication skills and a team-oriented, ownership-driven mindset.Your Benefits at a Glance:
