Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Key Account Manager located in Ahmedabad. The responsibilities include managing key accounts, building strong and lasting client relationships, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer service. The role also involves analyzing market trends and data, developing business plans, and working collaboratively to achieve company growth objectives. The Senior Key Account Manager will act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to drive success and satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Account Management and Key Account handling to maintain long-term relationships and achieve business development goals
  • Proficient in Business Planning and Analysis to strategize and implement plans effectively
  • Excellent Customer Service and communication skills to address client needs and exceed their expectations
  • Additional qualifications such as experience in the pharmaceutical industry and a proven track record in account management are highly desirable
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred
  • Ability to work effectively on-site and independently, with strong organizational and time-management skills
