Senior Key Account Manager

We're looking for a dynamic Senior Key Account Manager with 8-12 years of experience in digital advertising, ideally with a background in handling creative mandates. This is an opportunity to work directly with one of our clients - global tech giant to manage and grow key relationships.

Key Responsibilities -

• Lead end-to-end client servicing and delivery for digital advertising campaigns
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive impactful brand experiences
• Build and nurture long-term strategic partnerships with senior stakeholders
• Understand client business goals and translate them into integrated marketing solutions
• Ensure high client satisfaction, retention, and growth
• Present campaign strategies, reports, and performance insights to clients
• Monitor KPIs and optimize campaigns for better ROI

Requirement -

• 812 years of relevant experience in digital advertising agencies
• Strong B2B client servicing experience in an advertising/digital agency
• Proven experience working with Saas brands
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage client relationships effectively
• Strong understanding of digital trends, integrated campaigns, and business growth strategies
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work seamlessly with multiple stakeholders.
