Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gurgaon for a Senior Key Account Manager. The Senior Key Account Manager will develop and maintain relationships with key Fashion brands and clients, drive business growth, and ensure client satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing client portfolios, analyzing business performance metrics, devising strategies for account growth, and delivering exceptional customer service. The role also involves creating and executing business plans to meet client objectives while supporting the overall growth of the business.

Qualifications

  • Strong Account Management and Key Accounts expertise with experience in building and maintaining client relationships with key Fashion brands.
  • Prior experience with similar ecosystems preferred
  • Superior Analytical Skills with a focus on evaluating and improving business performance
  • Proficiency in Business Planning to create and implement strategic growth strategies
  • Exceptional Customer Service capabilities to enhance customer satisfaction and build client trust
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • A proactive, detail-oriented, and solution-focused mindset
  • Proven track record in achieving targets and driving growth in a fast-paced environment is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is preferred
