Development & Technical
- Analyze business and technical requirements
- Design, develop, test, and maintain high-quality applications

- Resolve production issues and ensure system stability
- Maintain proper technical documentation
Planning & Delivery
- Participate in project planning and estimation
- Ensure timely delivery of assigned tasks and milestones
- Use tools like JIRA for task tracking and management
Team Leadership
- Lead and mentor junior developers
- Assign tasks and conduct code reviews
- Ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices
